South Perry closed by injury accident

South Perry Street was closed from 16th to 18th this afternoon while police processed the scene of two-car collision. One woman in her mid-70s was extricated from a car and taken to a hospital with facial and head trauma. The driver of the other vehicle, a woman in her mid-30s, sustained minor injuries. The accident occurred about 2:38 p.m.
