Vagrancy woes harm city

Wouldn’t you know that when we get something with a bit of European flair like Beignets in this cow town, it just doesn’t have a chance? The Spokane Transit Authority Plaza lured all this riff-raff downtown and then, when STA finally realizes it has a bad reputation, it throws all its bums into the streets in front of respectable businesses.

You can’t tell me Spokane doesn’t have vagrancy laws. The city putting wasted cop force and security guards to stand there on Wall Street looking dumb just doesn’t cut it.
