Born on January 12, 1919 in Enaville, ID; entered into rest on October 13, 2012 in Deer Park, WA.
Julia is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Seimer and Linda Patterson; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley Chapman and second husband, Chester Flansburg.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 10:00 AM at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA .
Interment will follow at the Wild Rose Cemetery.
