Patrick

Born June 16, 1958, died at home October 13, 2012.
Served honorably in the U.S. Army.
Survived by life partner, Carla Paul, special friend, Cara Gorsuch and much loved kitties Scout Lee and Haleakula.

Sisters: Ann Chase and Sally (Gerald) Hetland; brother, Jim (Pat) Cummings; nieces: Erica (Kris) DeMers, Liz and Terra Hetland, nephews: Corey (Amy) Chase, Kevin Chase, Chris (Piper) Cummings and Craig (Denise) Cummings.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 10th from 1:00-4:00p.m.

at the Women’s Club of Spokane, 1428 W. 9th Avenue.
Donations can be made to Hospice of Spokane, in Pat’s memory.
