Child porn receiver sentenced to prison

BILLINGS – A Billings man who had nearly 14,000 images of child porn has been sentenced to eight years in federal prison for his conviction on receipt of child porn.

The Billings Gazette reported that 23-year-old Zakory Ian Boroszuk was sentenced Wednesday by Senior U.S. District Judge Jack Shanstrom.

Shanstrom also ordered Boroszuk to register as a sex offender and ordered the forfeiture of computer equipment.

Authorities said Boroszuk’s computer had 444 images and 177 videos of child porn. Some of the material showed abuse of prepubescent children, and children being subjected to sadistic and masochistic abuse.

Authorities consider a video equal to 75 images for calculating a sentencing guideline range.
