The woman who was found floating in Medical Lake on Tuesday has been identified as Jazmin Torres, 36, of Edmonds, Wash., a Spokane County Sheriff’s spokesman confirmed.
An autopsy showed that Torres drowned. Her body was spotted by a city employee about 10 feet from the shore at Waterfront Park about 9 a.m.
