Tired of political fighting

I’m tired of Democrats and Republicans fighting for me. My preference? Senators and representatives getting along as Americans. I’ve had it with a U.S. Supreme Court that awarded corporations the same speech rights as people, which allows their money to buy votes.

I hate buck-passing, including when a Romney spokesman stated, “Obama has piled up national debt and presided over high unemployment.” Didn’t President George W. Bush, John Boehner, Cathy McMorris Rodgers, tea party Republicans and much of Congress whose heads are buried in sand contribute? Doesn’t Congress refuse increased taxes to alleviate a national debt of nearly $51,000 for every American, including each baby born today?

When Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney prodded our nation into two wars, didn’t the wealthy ask for trickle-down economics to improve the economy? And didn’t Bush eagerly agree, encouraging Congress to provide tax cuts? Didn’t the wealthy improve economies in other nations by off-shoring/outsourcing manufacturing and support jobs? (Huffingtonpost.com states 42,400 U.S. factories closed; 5.1 million manufacturing jobs lost prior to March 3, 2010.)

Didn’t Romney claim an unconfirmed 100,000 jobs created while at Bain, but not cite the number outsourced? Did the above contribute to the economic slump?
