Waste-to-Energy Facility Tours - Interested in knowing what happens to our garbage? Walk-in groups of 10 or fewer are welcome at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays. Walk for Wishes - Make-A-Wish Washington is hosting its third annual event. This 5K walk and fun run is a family-friendly event that will generate funds to help grant the wishes of local children with life-threatening medical conditions.
