A Priest River woman was killed Wednesday night when her car went off the road and into an embankment.
Laurie Lamphere, 58, was headed south on East Side Road in Priest River around 6:30 p.m. when she “failed to negotiate a curve,” a news release from the Idaho State Police said.
Lamphere was wearing a seat belt, the release said.
