Passed away on September 16, 2012 in Spokane, WA.

He was born on June 29, 1921 to Lloyd and Selma Thon in Spokane, WA.

He is survived by his children, Norman Bowers of Spokane, Karen (Ron) Prideaux of Renton, Donna (Walter) Froelich of Spokane, Lloyd (Janie) Thon of Spokane, and Linda Tylock of Spokane Valley; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grand- children.

He was preceded in death by his wife Violet Thon, and son Terry Bowers.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 21, 2012, at Ball & Dodd Funeral Home.

Interment Fairmount Memorial Park.
