CLEVELAND, Beth

Beth Dauplaise Cleveland, “Miss B,” grew up in the Sonora, CA area and graduated from Sonora High School.

After high school, she moved to Santa Barbara, CA, where she continued her education, graduating with AA and AS degrees.

As a registered nurse, she worked at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara.

She later returned to Sonora where she worked as a Hospice Nurse, passionately embracing the importance of Hospice care to her patients and their families.

She loved animals, traveling and anything to do with the ocean.


She is survived by her husband, Daryl Cleveland; one brother, Tim Dauplaise; one sister, Pamela Dauplaise; two step-daughters, Tami Cleveland and Lisa (Adam) Leno; three granddaughters; five nephews and three nieces.

A Memorial Service in the Sonora area will take place at a later date.
