Read my lips: Bad letter

This is in response to Beverly Robertson’s Sept. 13 letter (“Lip service from first lady”). I have seen some ignorant letters to the editor of the paper, but never one as bad as this one. I have watched that video over and over and cannot see how anyone, even lip readers, could come up with “All this for a damn flag.”

Also, get the facts straight on who wrote her speech. I guess “ignorance is bliss” is a true statement in this case.
