Obituary: Brewer, Delores J.
Age 83
(Age 83) Entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 1st, 2013, in Spokane, Washington.
She was born on her family farm in North Dakota on June 18th, 1929 to Fred and Hannah Schultz.
Delores started saving money for her college education in eighth grade and was very proud of the ability to put herself through business college.
Delores later went on to become the medical librarian at Saint Luke’s Hospital for 22 years.
Delores married the love of her life, “Bud” Brewer, on June 5th, 1950 in Spokane, Washington.
He preceded her in death on December 30th, 2000.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She loved to study the Bible, take walks, read, swim, fish and bake.
More than anything else, she loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Delores was kind-hearted, compassionate, caring and a friend to all.
She is survived by her children, Larry, Gigi, Sharon, Chad, Dee, Harland and Karen; her grandchildren, RaeAnna, Tracy, Colter, Lynndee and Landon; her brother, Ron and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bud, her son Randy, her sisters Vendla and Irene and her brothers Dale and Donald.
Private family graveside services will be held.
