Washington State University Spokane has hired Terren Roloff as the director of communications and public affairs. Previously, Roloff was the director of community relations and communications for Spokane Public Schools.

Paul Manoguerra has accepted the position of director and curator of Gonzaga University’s Jundt Art Museum. Previously, Manoguerra served as the chief curator and curator of American art at the Georgia Museum of Art at the University of Georgia.

Christopher Ackerly and Jeff Wright, both of Seattle, and Dennis Murphy, of Walla Walla, have been appointed to the Washington Trust Bank board of directors.

Intermountain Community Bancorp and Panhandle State Bank have appointed Ford Elsaesser to the position of chairman of the board of directors. Elsaesser is a senior partner at the firm of Elsaesser Jarzabek Anderson Elliot & Macdonald in Sandpoint.

Optician LaDawn Adams has been promoted to head the contact lens department of Eyedentity EyeCare and Eyewear. Adams has 10 years of experience in the eye care field.

Inland Northwest Land Trust has named Cadie Olsen as conservation director. Olsen has 25 years of water policy experience. Previously, she was the principal hydrologist for her company, Trinity Restoration Consulting.

Steven Nokes has been named treasurer for the New Hope Resource Center board of directors. He specializes in working with nonprofits.
