SEYMORE, Betty L.

Mrs.

Betty L. (Callaghan) Seymore, Widow of Mr. W.C. Seymore, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 78 years of age.

Betty was born to Frank and Marie Callaghan on October 30, 1934 in San Francisco, CA.

After her formal education years at Sacred Heart Grade School and High School, in San Francisco, she met and married the love of her life, Will C. Seymore on August 18, 1955.

During their 39 years of marriage, Betty’s greatest passion was her family for who she was always present and available.

She traveled far and wide to be with her children whether it was to hold a hand or to go camping and fishing.

She made her house a home with her strength, beautiful smile and Irish Humor.

Her consoling words of wisdom in times of trials were “always be careful.”

She was loved by many and will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her husband Will C. Seymore, brother Robert Callaghan, sister Virginia McNeil, daughter Annette Catron and grandson Leon Catron, granddaughter Sarah Pillers.

She is survived by her brothers Jim Callaghan, Spokane, WA and John Callaghan, San Diego, CA, her children Connie A. Newman (Jim) St. Paul, AK, Jesse R. Seymore (Jennifer) Redding, CA, Will C. Seymore, Jr. (Elizabeth), Spokane, WA; Barbara M. Pillers, Spokane, WA and Edward F. Seymore, Spokane, WA.

18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
