Reigning Cats and Dogs Auction and Chocolate Festival - The event includes a silent and live auction, pet pageant, raffle and delicious appetizers and desserts. A Garden Tea Party - Hosted by Friends of the Liberty Lake Municipal Library. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Craig Goodwin, author of the book, “Year of Plenty,” in which he describes the year he and his family spent trying to use only products that were local, used, homegrown or homemade. Dancing With The Celebrities 2013 - Sixth annual benefit with local celebrities as they dance to raise money for CYT-Spokane. This elegant, semi-formal evening supports the theater arts training that CYT provides. Much like the TV show, “Dancing with the Stars,” local celebrities are paired with professional dance instructors to compete against one another for the Championship title. The audience votes for their favorite couple with dollar bills. There will also be auction/raffle items available that night. When you buy tickets for the event, the dollar amounts spent for tickets can count as votes toward the celebrity you want to win.
