Obituary: Turner, Harry

Age 93

TURNER, Harry (Age 93) Passed away on April 21, 2013.

Born on December 3, 1919, one of five children born to Lottie and Harrison (Harry) Turner, early settlers of Green Bluff.

Preceded in death by his wife, Mae (Olsen) Turner.

Harry is survived by four sons, Bill (Darlene) Turner, Craig (Viola) Turner, Paul Turner and Bob (Roxanne) Turner; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Harry and Mae lived and farmed on Green Bluff for many years, while raising their four sons.

Harry also drove a milk truck, picking up milk in the rural area.

He was a member of the Green Bluff Grange and served as master for some time.

He also served on the Board of Grange Credit Union and the Board of the Peone Cemetery.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Peone Cemetery, Mead, WA.
