Obituary: Mitchell, Mary E.
Born in Whitlash, Montana, to Thomas F. Morgan, Sr. and Frances E. Morgan, Mary married Henry P.(Pat) Mitchell.
He was killed in a railroad accident in 1965.
For ten years, Mary worked for Kaiser Aluminum, Trentwood as a Recovery Clerk.
Mary and her husband,’Pat’, loved to square dance and a highlight was square dancing at the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair.
She volunteered as an ombudsman representing nursing home patients.
She loved music and a good book.
Mary also loved dogs, and had several, (one at a time), that she named “Muffin”.
She spent her final 8 years happy and content, as a resident of Henderson Adult Family Home in Spokane Valley.
Graveside funeral service will be held at The Pines Cemetery, Spokane Valley, WA, on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
