A jackknifed semi truck is blocking traffic in the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 at the Hamilton Street exit. Authorities are advising people to avoid the area if possible.
A semi lost control, hit the jersey barrier and landed sideways on the interstate at Hamilton. Traffic slowly is getting around on the shoulder, said Deputy Craig Chamberlin, a spokesman for the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. However, he said the Washington State Patrol said removing the semi will be a lengthy process.
