SWAT team executes warrant on drug and firearms charge

Spokane police arrested a man on drug charges after a SWAT team executed a search warrant at his South Hill home Friday afternoon. About 12:30 p.m., police arrested David A. Hart II, 29, at his home on the 1600 block of West Seventh Avenue, police spokeswoman Monique Cotton said. Hart, a five-time convicted felon, had a small amount of methamphetamine and an illegal weapon, she said. Police received tips that Hart was dealing drugs out of his home, Cotton said.
