Candidate Pace plans election night event

Spokane Valley City Council candidate Ed Pace will hold an election night party at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bumpers, 12828 E. Sprague Ave.

Washington state Rep. Matt Shea will speak on the “Freedom Agenda” of lower taxes, less government and more freedom.

Fellow City Council candidate Rod Higgins will also speak.
