Obituary: Munk (Wigen), Lynnette

Age 42

MUNK (Wigen), Lynnette (Age 42) Lynnette Marie Wigen Munk born July 11, 1971 Ritzville, Washington to Richard Wigen and Jessie Mitchell, died July 28, 2013.

Graduate of Skyview High School, Billings, MT in 1989, Lynnette also graduated from Trend College in Spokane and Eastern Washington University where she received a BA in Accounting in 2007.

Lynnette’s life work was in accounting, and was working her way to become a CPA and most recently was employed by Spokane Public Schools.

Lynnette loved her family, her daughter and son were the love of her life.

She enjoyed being outdoors - camping, hiking, skiing, and her beloved dogs.

She was an avid supporter of the Autism Society and Spokane Humane Society.

Lynnette could never let a stray animal go by, she would make or find a home for all the critters.

Lynnette loved spending time on the Oregon coast, walking along the ocean beach, finding sea shells, and sharing time with family and friends around a campfire.

Lynnette is survived by her daughter Courtney 16, son Carter 14, their father Douglas Munk, her mother Jessie Mitchell, brother Anthony Wigen, twin sister Angela Wigen Roll, stepsister Cheryl Haase, stepbrother Skip Kurkowski of Lind WA.

Preceded in death by their father Richard and stepmother Guyla, brother Robert Wigen as well as numerous extended family and friends.

We will miss her.

An informal, joyous celebration of her life will be Saturday, August 3rd at Audubon Park Lodge, 2821 W. Northwest Blvd., Spokane from 2 to 5 pm.
