Poor leaders abound

What a bunch of leaders. Take Russia’s Vladimir Putin; thumbing his nose because of Edward Snowden. President Obama is going to take his ball and go home (I’ll show them).

Bashar Assad and Kim Jong-un; just a couple of self-adoring egomaniacs who don’t give a darn about the people they are supposed to represent, just how much they love what they see in the mirror. What a lot of us out here see in their mirror is ugly and stupid, and that’s how you will be remembered.

The Spokesman-Review invites original letters on local topics of public interest. Your letter must adhere to the following rules:

  • No more than 250 words
  • We reserve the right to reject letters that are not factually correct, racist or are written with malice.
  • We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
  • With each letter, include your daytime phone number and street address.
  • The Spokesman-Review retains the nonexclusive right to archive and re-publish any material submitted for publication.
