Obituary: Abell-Conklin, Pauline
Age 95
She attended college at the University of Wyoming.
In 1943 she married Wilbur S. Abell and they moved to Spokane, Washington in 1953.
After 45 years of marriage, in 1988, Web passed away.
In 1989, Pauline married Charles Conklin.
They were married for 16 years until his death in 2005.
She is survived by her son, Richard (Dick) F. Abell and his wife, Vickie Turner Abell, and her daughter, Sharman R. Collins, and her husband, Dr. Kenneth M. Collins.
Pauline had a total of six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and was also a loving great-grandmother to many children in Charles Conklin’s family.
Pauline’s greatest joy was to be with her large and loving family.
A Memorial Service will be held at St Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 5720 South Perry, on Friday, August 16th at 4:00 PM.
