Cannon has solid credentials

I’m supporting Michael Cannon in the race for Spokane City Council District 3. Cannon has the right business credentials and experience. He’s no stranger to hard work, having earned his business degree from Whitworth University while working and raising a family.

Now, he employs people himself and knows the importance of jobs and growing the economy. As a business owner, he believes we can promote job growth by making it easier to do business within the city. He’s a true fiscal conservative who can solve problems within a budget.

Cannon has the right mix of fiscal conservatism and social awareness. He’s been involved in the community as chair of the Community, Housing and Human Services Board and is keenly aware of the need for opportunity in Spokane. As a volunteer, he led the effort to streamline the way the city approaches human services, making sure that dollars are spent in a way that truly meets needs.

He has a way of making government less complex and more applicable to citizens. Whether it’s finding ways to lower crime, grow jobs or fix streets, Cannon has the right perspective for the city council.

Please join me in supporting Michael Cannon.
