Snyder a proactive leader

It’s hard to do, but cities need to be proactive, not just reactive. Jon Snyder worked to create the city of Spokane’s first preventive maintenance program for our pavement. The Transportation Benefit District program is now in its second year and is helping preserve our investment in our streets. Why wait until a road is in such bad shape that it needs to be completely rebuilt? Snyder saw the need to have more options for all our streets, even side streets.

I’ve known Snyder for more than 20 years. He’s honest, hard-working, straightforward and he’s always looking for solutions. With Snyder, what you see is what you get. He has a background in small business, just like I do. I’m proud to have him represent me on City Council.
