For the week of Aug. 26-30.

Monday – Option 1: Spanish rice casserole, steamed vegetables, dessert. Option 2: Chef salad, steamed vegetables, dessert.

Tuesday – 1: Stuffed salmon with dill sauce, hashbrowns, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Turkey-Swiss wrap, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Pot roast with gravy, potatoes, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Chili con carne, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Lasagna, steamed vegetables, fruit. 2: Bean soup, ham sandwich, fruit.

Friday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, steamed vegetables, dessert. 2: Chicken breast sandwich, steamed vegetables, dessert.
