Coeur d’Alene police

Diana Best, employee of Coeur d’Alene Cab, reported Saturday the $357 theft of a backpack containing cash, debit cards and personal items from her cab while dropping off a fare at Sunset Bar, 122 E. Appleway Ave.

Miyoko Eto reported Saturday the $600 theft of a bicycle from her home on the 500 block of East Sherman Avenue.

David Lamothe reported Sunday the $3,645 theft of a military flak jacket, GPS unit, iPod and cash and an undetermined amount of damage to a window of his Dodge Magnum parked at Corner Bar, 1628 N. Fourth St.

Kootenai County sheriff

Frank Cepeda, Renton, Wash., reported Sunday the $1,200 theft of a bicycle from his motor home parked at Hampton Inn, 1500 W. Riverstone Drive.

Corey Washburn, Coeur d’Alene, reported Friday the $1,200 theft of a paddleboard from his dock at 5999 W. Harbor Drive on the Spokane River.
