Cemetery fun run isn’t

Those of us who have loved ones buried at Pines Cemetery in Spokane Valley find it very distasteful and disrespectful that the new owners, Fairmount Memorial Association, would sponsor a fun run through the cemetery.

This is very offensive to me and my family. Many laid to rest at Pines Cemetery are war veterans, and we feel that having a fun run through the cemetery is extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. Whoever thought this event, at this location, was a good idea should be ashamed of themselves.
