Obituary: Neil, Rhoda Marie (Stark)

NEIL, Rhoda Marie (Stark) was born September 21, 1945 in Coeurd’Alene, ID to Joyce and William Baker.

She passed away on November 27, 2013 in Castro Valley, CA.

She is survived by her two daughters Shantel Ruiz (husband Robert) of Castro Valley , CA and Beau Neil (fiancĂŠ Brian) of Mica, WA.

Four beautiful grandchildren Marin Ruiz, Rylie Ruiz, Colton Sonsalla and Madison Sonsalla.

She recently “retired” from a life of leisure at T&J’s Pour House after serving 27 years of laughs, good times and the occasional cocktail.

She loved to be surrounded by family, friends and all of her “adopted children”.
