She was surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Gail was born February 3, 1941 in The Dalles, OR, and spent most of her life in Spokane and the outlying area.
Gail worked for EA Sween for many years and after her retirement she enjoyed volunteering in the community, traveling with her family and spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her sons, Rodney, Kevin, and Keith; grandchildren Amanda, Anthony, Christopher, Adam, John, Melissa, and Jesse; daugher-in-law Valerie and partner Dennis.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Jepsen; parents Dorin and Francis Wilburn and sister, Doreen White.
Services will be held at The Intersection Church at 905 N. McDonald Rd., Spokane Valley, WA 99216 on December 7th at 11:00 am.
Gail was a beautiful soul and her time on earth will continue to touch those who knew and loved her.
