Parks, Mountain View, CA, died November 7 in Palo Alto of leukemia at the age of 45.

He was the elder son of Michael J.

Parks and Janet K. (Holter) Parks of Seattle, formerly of Spokane.

His remains will be laid to rest after a memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 14, in the chapel of Holy Cross Cemetery, 7200 N. Wall Street, Spokane 99208.

Reception follows at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 515 St. Thomas More Way.
