Obituary: Pederson, Betty M.

PEDERSON, Betty M. 4/12/1931 - 12/4/2013 Betty M. Pederson went home to the Lord on December 4, 2013 in Spokane, WA and was surrounded by family members.

Born April 12, 1931 in Harlowton, MT, she was the middle child to Burr and Grace Grandy.

They moved to Mead, WA and after graduating from Mead High School she was married to Walter C. Pederson who preceded her in death.

They had five children, Larry Pederson who preceded her death, Connie Barry - (Husband - Alan Barry), Linda Rowell - (Husband - Michael Rowell), Steve Pederson - (Wife - Jayne Pederson), and Susan Gemmell - (Husband - Robert Gemmell).

She was also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother who gave so much of herself and touched the lives of those who knew her.

Her strong will and lust for life was an inspiration as she overcame any obstacles in her later years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 3:00pm at the Trinity Baptist Church on Monroe in Spokane, WA.

She will be dearly missed.
