Schools in the Kootenai Joint School District are closed because of a power outage.
Harrison Elementary, and Kootenai junior and senior high schools all will be closed today, the district said.
The power outage means there is no heat in the buildings.
The school district is located in Harrison, Idaho, in Benewah County.
