1. D. Folkinception is a local band that raised $7,000 through the Kickstarter program to record an album that will be released early next year.

2. A. Patty Murray, chairwoman of the Senate Budget Committee, led negotiations with Rep. Paul Ryan, the House budget leader.

3. C. Police have responded to about 50 calls in the past two years of people threatening to jump from the bridge, including one last week. That person was talked down from the railing after about 90 minutes.

4. B. The Spokane City Council voted 4-3 to expand the “sit-lie” law, making it illegal to sit or lie on sidewalks or planters downtown during that period.

5. D. Center Mamadou Ndiaye is listed as 7 feet, 6 inches tall.
