Obituary: Ervin, Terence Patrick “Terry”
Age 55
He was born February 23, 1958 in Spokane, Washington.
Terry lived with his grandparents and father for many years.
At the age of 15, on Christmas Eve, Terry was in a tragic motor vehicle accident where he suffered a traumatic brain injury that disabled him for life.
Terry saved his little brother Brian by shoving him to the floor of the truck.
Terry resided in Granite Falls with his mother for many years.
For the past nine years, he had resided at Delta Rehabilitation, the best years of his life, with 24 hour care from loving people.
Terry was a strong believer in Jesus and kept his hope and faith in God this whole time.
He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Ervin; his mother, Madonna Griswold; and his brother, Robert “Bob” Ervin.
Terry is survived by his sister, Deborah (James) Davis of Woodinville; sister, Catherine E. Saldana Ervin of Snohomish; and brother, Brian Ervin of Montana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life gathering will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Delta Rehab, 1705 Terrace Ave. Snohomish, WA 98290.
