OUTLOOK: The Broncos (7-6) secured a winning non-conference record, rallying past South Florida (8-4) of the Big East on Sunday in Las Vegas. Santa Clara’s top three scorers are guards, led by junior Brandon Clarke (15.8 ppg), freshman Jared Brownridge (14.7) and senior Evan Roquemore (11.3). Roquemore, though, is making just 34 percent of his shots and he’s averaging 3.9 assists compared to 5.2 in his junior season. Santa Clara had a four-game losing streak in November but has won four of its last five. San Fran- cisco (7-5) is led by senior forward Cole Dickerson (14.4 ppg, 7.6 rebounds).
