First Night Spokane The 13th annual event. This year’s theme is “Once Upon a Night, Art Comes Alive.” Celebrate the new year with a family-friendly festival of arts and entertainment. More than 150 performances at 40 venues. Entertainment begins at 7 p.m. and ends with fireworks at midnight.
