Spokane Authors and Self-Publishers - D. Andrew McChesney will speak on writing, publishing and marketing. McChesney is the author of “Beyond the Ocean’s Edge.” Everyone is welcome. 3 Minute Mic – Open-mic poetry. Read an original poem or a personal favorite. The “Remember the Word” featured reader this month is Mark Robbins, who’ll be reading works by Raymond Carver and William Carlos Williams. Content is not censored. Keep Calm and Sign On Storytelling Time - Held the first Saturday of the month for parents and children who are deaf, hard of hearing, or visually impaired.
