CdA triumphs at Deleware tourney

Brittany Tackett scored 15 points and Sydney Williams added 14 points and nine rebounds as Coeur d’Alene (10-2) beat Central Dauphin of Pennsylvania 70-46 on Sunday at the Diamond State Classic in Wilmington, Del.

Madison Sumner and Sydni Park both scored 11 points and Sumner added six steals for CdA, which meets Ursuline Academy of Delaware in the fifth-place game this morning.

Juanita 60, Lake City 44: Tea Adams scored 20 points to lead Juanita past Lake City at the Juanita tournament on Saturday in Kirkland, Wash. Juanita jumped out to a 15-4 first-quarter lead and withstood a 23-point fourth quarter from the Timberwolves. Olivia Maryon scored 13 points for Lake City (8-4).
