Innovate Northwest has hired Nancy McDaniel as executive entrepreneur (EE) in its Accelerator Services Group. McDaniel, president of a restaurant management company, has 25 years of banking experience.

Tom Fritz, CEO of Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS), was elected vice chair of the National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC) board of directors and membership. Previously, he served as board treasurer.

Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS) has hired Allison Morgan as marketing and communication coordinator. She has eight years of experience in video production, copywriting, multi-media and marketing with KREM 2 News, and most recently, ILF Media.

Horticulture

The Plant Farm was named one of Today’s Garden Center’s Revolutionary 100, and No. 1 for the West Region, joining the ranks of the horticulture industry’s top independent garden centers.

Hospitality

SpringHill Suites in Coeur d’Alene has hired Jean Schaffer as general manager. She brings 17 years of experience at Marriot, most recently as general manager of the Scottsdale Mayo Clinic Courtyard.

Nonprofit

Kristi Rietze has been named director of advancement at Lutherhaven Ministries. Rietze, a Coeur d’Alene native, has 14 years of nonprofit experience and a degree in Child and Family Studies from Portland University. Her most recent position was executive director of Idaho Drug Free Youth.

Real Estate

The Spokane Eastern-Washington chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors installed a new board on Jan. 17. The incoming officers are Jodie Carpine, Prudential Real Estate, as president; Mary Butler, Exit of Spokane, as president elect; Elizabeth Cunningham, Century 21 Beutler, as secretary; and Jessie Chastain, Spokane Teacher’s Credit Union (STCU), as treasurer.

Tyler Ford, Stefanie Farrel and Brian Pagano were hired as real estate agents by Keller Williams Reality Spokane. Ford was a salesman for Camp BMW/Subaru in Spokane and Farrel had her own internet business with her husband. Pagano will continue to work as a manager for Spokane Movers.
