Protect taxpayers

After doing some research on Proposition 2 this is what I have concluded:

1) Could: The current City Council of seven members could approve raising taxes with four members voting to do so. This is a simple majority.

2) Would: The current City Council of seven members would require five votes to increase taxes if Proposition 2 passes. This is a supermajority.

3) Should: Those who support Proposition 2 believe Spokane voters should adopt a reasonable taxpayer protection policy at the local level.

4) Good: Voting yes for Proposition 2 will be good for the city and taxpayers of Spokane.

Vote yes on Proposition 2.
