An hour later, a 14-year-old victim called and reported a similar male driving a similar car in the 3400 block of north Crestline who asked the victim several times to get into his vehicle. She provided a full plate number and Galvan was stopped again. This time the victim was able to positively identify Galvan as the suspect, according to police.
Galvan was booked into Spokane County Jail for luring. Police believe there may be more victims or witnesses with information. If so, call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
