COMING UP: Tonight at Saint Mary’s, 8 (ESPN2); Saturday at San Francisco, 1:30 p.m. (KHQ/Root)

OUTLOOK: The Bulldogs can take a huge step toward the regular-season title with a victory tonight. Gonzaga won the first meeting with Saint Mary’s 83-78 behind Kelly Olynyk’s 31 points, Kevin Pangos’ 22 and Elias Harris’ 13. The Gaels (21-4, 10-1) have responded by winning nine straight, including senior guard Matthew Dellavedova’s game-winning, 35-foot shot at BYU and comfortable road wins against Santa Clara and San Diego last week.
