Senior meals

For the week of Feb. 18-22.

Monday – Option 1: Beef goulash with Mexicali corn, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, pears. Option 2: Chef salad, dinner roll, pears.

Tuesday – 1: Stuffed salmon with dill sauce, potatoes O’Brien, zucchini, dinner roll, dessert.

2: Chicken nuggets, zucchini, dessert.

Wednesday – 1: Braised beef tips with pasta, peas and carrots, rye bread, fruit. 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, peas and carrots, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Lasagna, vegetables, green salad, breadstick, apple crisp. 2: Egg salad sandwich, green salad, apple crisp.

Friday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing and gravy, vegetables, dinner roll, dessert.

2: Taco salad, vegetables, dessert.
