Obituary: Lutz, Dean Michael

Age 45

LUTZ, Dean Michael Dean was born in Lancaster, CA on 12/07/1967 and died unexpectedly on 02/13/13 at his residence in Spokane.

Dean graduated Central Valley High School in 1985.

He left Spokane shortly after for Los Angeles to attend ULV.

In college, Dean was able to travel the world and become a Fraternal Brother in Delta Sigma Phi before graduating with a degree in History.

On returning to Spokane, Dean was employed with DHL for nine years and at the Spokane International Airport for 15 years.

Dean was a scholar, a gentleman and an avid reader.

Always ready to argue, Dean would stand firm, even if the facts weren’t always correct and would usually win.

Dean loved fishing and was a skilled angler who was ready to fish anywhere at any time.

Dean was always there to lend a hand or an ear; he was a true friend.

He passed too soon and will be sorely missed by many.

Dean’s biggest joy was caring for his Pug and bestest buddy, Herbie.

He is survived by his mother, brother, sister, and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at the Studio K Bar & Grill located at 2810 E.

29th., Ave. on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 2:00 PM.
