Obituary: Hoffman, Michael L.

Age 62

HOFFMAN, Michael L. Passed away and went to be with our Lord on February 16, 2013 in Spokane, Washington.

He was born in Spokane, WA on November 1, 1950 to Lenhart and Yvonne Hoffman.

He grew up in Oakesdale, WA where he graduated High School.

After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 through 1972, he resided in Vista, CA when in 1976 he moved to Spokane.

Mike soon began working with Gold Seal Mechanical to develop his plumbing skills, eventually opening his own business as Mike’s Plumbing to serve the public, until he retired.

Michael was a farmer, mechanic, plumber, carpenter, and businessman.

His pastime included hunting, fishing, golfing, and supporting the Seahawks.

He had a passion for gardening, in which he proudly shared with family, neighbors and friends, the fruits of his efforts.

He mostly valued family and friendship, cherishing the time spent with those he loved.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother and father, and is survived by his wife Robin; brother Larry (and Linda); sisters Suzanne, Bonnie and Linda (and Frank); children Cheryl (and Doug), Holli (and Nathan), Heather, Ron, Michelle, and Nakia; grandchildren Coralyn, Brenden, Trystan, Tytus, and Iris; nephews Kevin (and Andrea), David, Justin, and Michael; nieces Angella (and Mike), Jennifer (and Brian), Cecilia, and Melissa.

We will deeply miss Michael, and will always cherish the gift he was to everyone.
