In brief: Stolen water district truck, tools sought

From Staff Reports

Police are looking for a Spokane County Water District truck stolen from its lot on Valentine’s Day.

The truck was stolen from a fenced parking lot at 1225 N. Yardley Road, a water district employee reported Feb. 14.

Spokane Valley police don’t know how the suspect entered the lot, but tools were taken from a utility truck in addition to the theft of the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The truck’s Washington license plate number is 7124OC.

Anyone with information about the theft should call Detective Mark Renz at (509) 477-3330.
