Puddle jumper: Miles McQuesten, 3, spent part of Wednesday morning riding and splashing with his father, Rick, along a dirt road at 17th Avenue and McClellan Street in Spokane. The boy has been riding most of his life, his father said. “He tries to keep up with his older brother.”
