MATHIS, Chad William (Age 32) Passed away February 14, 2013 at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Chad was born to Rick and Terri Mathis (Ford) July 24, 1980. Chad is survived by his mother Terri Mathis; brother Travis Mathis; sister Brook Mathis; three children Chezly, William, and Emma; and grandmother Gertrude LeGore. Chad is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Chad was preceded in death by his father Rick and grandparents Clara Mathis, Calvin Mathis, George LeGore, and Don Ford. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013, 11 AM at Pleasant View Church in Post Falls.
